REGISTRATION FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2021 - 22

Guidelines and procedure to fill the Online Registration form

General Instructions:-

  1. Kindly read all instructions carefully before you click PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.

  2. Applicant name, Father’s name/Mother’s name, Date of Birth should be filled correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates

  3. It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked ( * ) in red.In case a field is not applicable to you, mention NA (Not Applicable).

  4. Incomplete Registration form will be automatically rejected.

  5. After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button ( An acknowledgement receipt will be generated) .

  6. You will also receive your USER ID and PASSWORD via SMS on your registered mobile.

  7. The USER ID & PASSWORD should be saved by the parent to check admission status and other updates.

  8. You are required to retain a copy of the acknowledgement receipt and registration form for future correspondence.

  9. Submission of this Registration form does not guarantee admission.

  10. Registration charges will be Rs. 25/- only.

  11. This form is Non-Transferable and Registration Charges are Non-Refundable.

  12. After completing the form click on submit and take the print out of the form that will submitted to school office also with the Registration Fees of Rs. 25

  13. No need to bring any document and photos while submitting printed online registration form.

  14. Without payment of Rs. 25/- form will not be accepted.
